Back in high school, I was a HUGE fan of the AthrunxLacus pairing. I would spend my time sketching fanarts of them whenever I was bored with my subjects, and this was one of them.

I've just learned the wonders of vector art or digital inking (as I'd like to call it) and cell-shading, so please excuse this humble newbie if ever you spot any errors in my drawing.
Anyway, this is a tribute to Athrun and Lacus. They may not (and never) be canon - thus, the title, "Forever Tears" -, but to me, they will always be one of the loveliest couples in the anime world.
